It was a lot of fun working on the book. Thanks to my wife Winnie and colleague Lily Chou for helping me with the writing/editing/putting everything together and to Bryan Ausinheiler and Evan Clontz for being my models!
Kenneth,
Just got your book, Suspended Body Weight Training (from Amazon) and can tell it’s going to help me improve my suspended body weight training. Your explanations are obviously from someone with the scientific knowledge and the practical experience, a winning combination! The anatomy section and emphasis on neutral spine position is information that can both improve my training and prevent injuries. Similarly, the discussion of the proper squat body dynamics is just plain good sense. I’m 76, doing cardiac rehab, and have found suspension training a great weigh to incorporate resistance training into my workouts. I recommend the book to anyone no matter what their goals, age or fitness levels; it really is for just about anyone.
Thanks,
Bob Moore
