You have done amazing job for herniatic disc problem, but I want to know some more lower back strength excercises to make it more and more stronger to avoid such injuries
The types of exercise you choose should depend on what your goals are in life. For instance, I would recommend different exercises if your goal was to return to soccer vs someone who wants to be mostly sedentary.
Also, HOW you do your exercises is just as important as what exercises you do. Check out the basic back exercises in my previous article for the basics of where to start. Hope that helps
